Today, on behalf of the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio, I led a delegation of the Nigerian Senate to the wedding ceremony of the son of Senator Sahabi Yau of the Zamfara North Senatorial District, Abdulmumin, with his bride, Asma’u Shuaibu Bello.
The wedding fatiha took place in Zaria, Kaduna state.
In my message to the couple, I urged them to embrace each other and live in peace and harmony. What brought them together is love. The love should be renewed every day till eternity.
On behalf of the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I wish them a marital bliss. May Almighty Allah bless the union with all the good things in life.
